About me

From the beginning, I have lived in Devon for 21 years and once we brought our home in 2011 we moved over the bridge to Cornwall. I don't dream about travelling or achieving a career, I most certainly don't dream about leaving the south west of England. I love the combination of sea, moors and vintage villages.

My life is my husband, my life is busy and full of moments I am afraid of loosing. Which is why I am so keen to keep an interactive diary of sorts. With our newest addition hopefully joining us around September this year, I have even more reasons not to lose these precious moments.

We got married at 19 on our anniversary of being together for 1 year. That is quick at any age, but as a teenage married couple we have had our fair share of unwanted opinions! So in 9 short weeks, we wed on the 27th August 2009. It was a lovely sunny day and only now, looking back over the photos do I see how young we really were! Or are?

Even before I met my husband I knew I wanted to be a stay at home mum as soon as our children came along.
My ultimate plan for this blog is to develop enough readership to create an etsy shop and sell the craft items I make to enable me to still contribute to our budget.
